1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Maricuci88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://maricuci88.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Maricuci88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated primarily for users in Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Maricuci88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated process).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active account on the Maricuci88 Platform. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Maricuci88 or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. You further acknowledge that providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Account Registration and Security

To access Real Money Play on the Maricuci88 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password;
• Restricting access to their device and account;
• All activities that occur under their account credentials, whether or not authorised;
• Notifying Maricuci88 immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.

Maricuci88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You should not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Maricuci88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The Company reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Accepted payment methods include, but may not be limited to:

• FPX Internet Banking — via any participating Malaysian bank;
• DuitNow QR & DuitNow Transfer;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay;
• Internet banking — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-connected institutions;
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.

Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform from time to time, currently from RM50 per transaction. Maricuci88 does not charge additional fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected.

The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. In the event a payment method is discontinued, affected Users will be notified and assisted in transitioning to an alternative method.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be complete, including submission of a valid Malaysian IC or passport;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable limits published on the Platform;
• Maricuci88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 to 3 hours for verified accounts. VIP-tier members are eligible for expedited same-day processing. Maricuci88 targets these processing times as guidelines but does not guarantee them in all circumstances. Delays may occur during system maintenance periods or when additional verification is required.

The Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request if fraud, collusion, breach of these Terms, or suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, the Company will notify the affected User and explain the applicable process for resolving the matter.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Maricuci88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions include:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be made;
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without replacement;
• Maricuci88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• Use of a bonus in contravention of the applicable promotion terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

The Company may, at its absolute discretion, decline to offer bonuses to any User or to restrict bonus availability based on a User's play history, account standing, or geographic location.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the Maricuci88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published in the Platform's rules sections. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or voided by the User after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules or sportsbook terms;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that interrupts a game session or distorts a result, Maricuci88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the stake to the User;
• Maricuci88 publishes RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot and RNG games. These figures are statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes;
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed at displayed odds, those odds are locked;
• Maricuci88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at any time.

The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event. All gambling involves risk, and players should wager only what they can afford to lose.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the Maricuci88 Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or the Platform to generate illegitimate winnings;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial transaction;
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity;
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic abuse of promotional offers ("bonus abuse");
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or harms other users or Maricuci88 staff.

Any breach of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. The Company reserves all rights available at law in respect of any loss suffered as a result of prohibited conduct.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Maricuci88 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software, game code, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively "Content"), is the intellectual property of Maricuci88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Platform;
• Use the Maricuci88 brand name or trademarks without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, resulting in civil and/or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maricuci88, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions or system outages;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account;
• Gambling losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maricuci88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Maricuci88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity;
• Submission of false or misleading information during registration;
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the User is located in a Prohibited Territory;
• Identification of the User as a self-excluded player (under our Responsible Gambling policy).

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited at the Company's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, prohibited conduct, or underage gambling. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach (such as voluntary closure or change in circumstances), any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, after deduction of any applicable fees.

13 Responsible Gambling

Maricuci88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its operations. We recognise that, for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

All registered Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Session Time Limits — automatic session end after a defined period;
• Reality Check Alerts — pop-up reminders of session duration and net result;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntary exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Maricuci88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Maricuci88 processes your personal data for the purposes of:

15 Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be notified to Users via a notice posted on the Platform, and in some cases via email, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or address an urgent security or operational concern, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure at any time.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for the resolution of any disputes.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific transaction, bet outcome, or account matter, Users must first contact Maricuci88 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Maricuci88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options before resorting to litigation. The Company's decision on matters of game fairness and bet settlement shall be final and binding, except in cases of manifest error.
